What TBCo sells

TBCo sells clothing, accessories, homeware, sleepwear and gifts for adults, babies and kids. Clothing includes tops, t-shirts, trousers, shorts, sets and co-ords, knitwear, jackets, vests and swimwear, while accessories range from triangle, skinny, lambswool and cashmere scarves to hats, hoods, neck warmers, gloves, socks, wash bags and tote bags. The home collection covers blankets, throws, bedding, curtains, cushion covers, towels, robes and mugs, and the sleep range includes pyjamas and robes. Little TBCo offers baby blankets, accessories, pyjamas and scarves for children, and the gift section includes gift boxes, build-your-own gift boxes and TBCo gift cards.

Prices in a sample of 81 products read from TBCo’s public product list run from £8 to £229, with a middle price of £79. TBCo shipping

TBCo delivers worldwide, with regional information for the UK and rest of world, US and Canada, the EU and Australia. UK delivery is free for all orders over £100, and for all other UK orders delivery starts from £3. Standard UK delivery takes 2-5 working days, express UK delivery 1-2 working days when ordered before 2pm UK time, and rest of world delivery 5-7 working days. International delivery varies, with duties and taxes applicable on arrival, and gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum. Orders placed at weekends are dispatched the following Monday. TBCo also offers free collection from its Edinburgh store, with orders ready within 1-2 business days, and anyone entering an Edinburgh postcode (EH) is automatically offered collection at checkout.

TBCo returns

TBCo accepts returns of unused items in their original condition up to 30 days from delivery, with a 14-day return period for sale and online sample sale items. A £3.50 fee applies to UK returns processed through the returns portal, while returning in person at the Edinburgh store is free. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of the parcel arriving at the warehouse. TBCo does not currently accept exchanges on UK orders; customers return the item and place a new order. Items that have been embroidered cannot be returned unless faulty, luxury gift box packaging is non-returnable, and swimwear returns are accepted only where the protective seal remains intact. For event tickets, refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.

Discounts and offers at TBCo

TBCo offers 10% off a first order when signing up to its newsletter. Free UK delivery applies to orders over £100. A Sale Edit featuring the TBCo Sleep Collection is listed on the site, and gift boxes can be built to a chosen budget, with gifts grouped under £100 and under £200.

Good to know about TBCo

TBCo is a purpose-driven, B Corp Certified brand that uses responsibly sourced natural and recycled fibres, from recycled wool to organic cotton. Its scarves and knitwear have been featured in leading fashion titles. Orders are hand-wrapped and can be sent with no receipt or invoice inside, so they can be delivered straight to a recipient, and a complimentary gift note can be added at checkout. An embroidery service is available and adds 3-4 working days to delivery time.
