Purchases made between 1 November and 25 December can be returned until 24 January. Items must be unused with tags and in the condition received, and return shipping is not included; a £3.50 return shipping fee applies to each return made through the brand’s portal. Postage fees, gift boxes and gift cards are non-refundable.
