Barefaced ships free on orders over $99. Standard Shipping costs $9.95 for product purchases and is typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, while orders to Hawaii and Alaska are typically delivered within 15 to 20 business days once shipped. Expedited Shipping costs $14.95 and delivers within 2 to 4 business days, and is unavailable for Alaska and Hawaii. Subscription orders ship Standard at a flat $9.95 per renewal, with free shipping on subscriptions over $99. Barefaced currently ships only within the United States, including APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

Barefaced returns

Barefaced accepts returns of full-price skincare items in new or gently used condition within 30 days of purchase or delivery, by mail, through its Returns Portal. Some orders may be subject to a $9.95 handling fee, and select products and merchandise items are final sale. The brand does not currently offer exchanges, and gift cards are non-refundable and valid for one year after purchase.

Discounts and offers at Barefaced

Barefaced offers a free Mini Hydrating Lotion with orders of $175 or more. Its Bundle Builder carries 15% off, and subscribing to the email list gives first access to sales, promotions and new products. The site also runs a Rewards loyalty program.

Barefaced was founded by Nurse Practitioner Jordan Harper after years of guiding patients through skin decisions, and describes its formulas as blending medical expertise with clinically proven ingredients. The brand offers an AI Skin Analysis and organises its shop by skin concern, including breakouts, dark spots, mature skin, redness and rosacea, sensitive skin, uneven texture and face shaving. Products have a shelf life of 18 months when unopened and stored properly, except Liquid Gold, which has a shelf life of 12 months unopened.
