Baukjen ships free on orders over £120. The site provides separate delivery information for the UK, the EU, the US and the rest of the world, and for Canada, and it lists country and region options across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. All transactions are in pounds sterling.

Baukjen returns

Baukjen gives you 21 days from the day you receive your items to register a return via its returns portal, and a further 7 days to send the items back; Sale items have 14 days to register. Items must be in a resalable condition with all tags attached. For UK customers, free ParcelShop returns via Evri are offered, Evri home collection costs £4.36 per parcel and Royal Mail returns cost £2.99 per parcel. Exchanges on UK orders are completely free. Returns are processed within 14 working days of arriving back at the warehouse, and funds then take up to 5 working days to appear on a bank statement.

Discounts and offers at Baukjen

Baukjen offers 15% off your first order when you sign up to its emails, and free shipping when you spend £120 or more. The site also runs an Outlet section with reduced pieces across dresses, jeans and trousers, jackets and coats, tops and tees, knitwear and skirts, and it lists an NHS discount among its help pages. Promotional codes are only valid on Baukjen products and cannot be used on sale and outlet items or gift vouchers.

It states that 100% of its fabrics are responsibly sourced, that it has halved the carbon footprint associated with an average Baukjen garment from 2019 to present, and that it has won a United Nations Global Climate Action Award, a first for a fashion brand. Clothing is available in UK sizes 6 to 18 (EU 34 to 46 / US 2 to 14), or XS to L, and most pieces are machine washable. Orders are gift-wrapped in tissue paper, and payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Shopify Pay.
