Linzi sells women’s shoes across four main types: boots, heels, flats and sandals. Linzi shipping

Linzi ships free on standard UK orders over £50 when the basket includes at least one full-priced item. UK Standard Delivery costs £2.99 per order and arrives in 2-5 working days after dispatch, delivered Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays. UK Next Day Delivery costs £4.99 per order for orders placed before 2pm. Parcel shop and locker collection costs £3.99 per order with delivery in 1-2 working days. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands costs £5.99. Linzi ships to over 100 countries via Global-E, with costs and timeframes calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Click and collect from the Linzi warehouse is free and ready within 24 hours, subject to stock, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.

Linzi returns

Linzi returns are handled through returns.linzi.com for UK customers. A return fee of £3.75 applies, which is deducted from the refund, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility. A separate label is required per order or parcel. Items must be unworn and in original packaging or boxes. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the brand receiving the item. Exchanges are also available through the same portal, with the brand covering the cost of sending the replacement item.

Discounts and offers at Linzi

Linzi offers 10% off a first order when a customer signs up to the newsletter. Students in the United Kingdom can verify their status to receive a 10% student discount code applied at checkout. The brand runs a sale section with discounts of up to 80% off, including a final sale category. Linzi also operates a loyalty programme called the Sole-Suite, which offers exclusive benefits to members.
