moshulu sells shoes, boots, slippers, accessories and shoe care products. The shoe range includes trainers, loafers, Mary Jane shoes, lace-up shoes, slip-on shoes, flat shoes, court shoes, casual shoes, clogs, moccasins and deck shoes. Boots include ankle boots, long boots, mid-length boots, flat boots, heeled boots, Chelsea boots, lace-up boots and wellington boots. The slipper shop covers mule slippers, full slippers, slipper boots, ballet slippers, moccasin slippers, Turkish mules and vegan slippers. moshulu shipping

moshulu ships across the UK, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Standard Delivery costs £4.95 and takes 3–5 working days. Express Delivery costs £6.95 and takes 1–2 working days for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, excluding the Channel Islands. Free Click & Collect to a moshulu store is available within 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Overseas delivery is not available through the website, but moshulu accepts phone orders for overseas addresses, with delivery costs varying by destination and items ordered.

moshulu returns

moshulu gives buyers 28 days to return items that are unworn and in their original packaging. A free return postage label is included in the parcel. Buyers can choose a refund or an exchange. Refunds are made to the original card used for the purchase within 14 days. Returns received outside the 28-day period may be issued as online credit with a 12-month expiry at the discretion of the management team. Items can also be returned to any store listed on the store locator, with the returns note as proof of purchase. The 28-day restriction does not apply to faulty goods.

moshulu is a family-run, independent footwear brand founded in 1997 by Henry and Jenny alongside their three sons, with around 50 people at its Devon head office. The brand designs its shoes from the ground up, focusing on comfort, fit and quality, with details such as patterned linings, embossed buckles and carefully chosen laces. Shoes are made with materials including soft leather, nubuck, suede, breathable canvas, sheepskin and recycled materials.
