LOVALL offers free delivery on orders over £75. Exchanges are dispatched on the brand’s standard 2–3 working day shipping service.

LOVALL returns

LOVALL gives buyers 30 days to return an item from the date of payment, and a free returns label can be generated from the brand’s Returns page. Items must be returned unwashed and with the tags unbroken, and returns with damage, stains or signs of wear that have not been reported are not accepted. LOVALL does not refund postage charges on orders, and it cannot reimburse the cost of a postal service other than its free returns label. Returns and exchanges are processed within 2–3 working days of the parcel being received, and refunds can then take up to 5 working days to reach the original payment method.

Discounts and offers at LOVALL

LOVALL offers 10% off a first order when you sign up. The bestsellers collection on the brand’s site also lists a discount filter for products between 10% and 25% off.
