Refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase and are issued 48 hours after delivery. Outlet items with prices ending in .95 are final sale and not eligible for returns. The brand does not offer true exchanges; customers return the item and place a new order for the replacement pair. If Redo was purchased at checkout, the return shipping label is covered; otherwise return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A one-time price adjustment is available if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
