Beauty Pie® members shop for up to 70% less than traditional retail prices. The brand states that beauty products sold at traditional retail or e-tail charge 12 times the real cost of a finished product. A member example on the site shows a 7-luxury-item haul costing £166, compared with £575 at typical retail prices. Product prices on the public product list range from £1 to £570, with a middle price of £29.

Beauty Pie® shipping

Beauty Pie® ships to the USA and the UK. UK Standard delivery via EVRI takes 2 to 3 business days and costs £3.45. UK Express delivery via EVRI takes the next business day and costs £5.95, though certain postcodes are not eligible for express. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday are not dispatched until Monday. Members may receive free shipping through special promotions from time to time. Since 2021, the brand has invested in a carbon-offsetting program for package delivery emissions.

Beauty Pie® returns

Beauty Pie® accepts returns within 14 days of receipt for items in their original condition. Opened cosmetic products, including face, body, makeup, haircare and supplement items, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. An enhanced returns policy applies to selected products, allowing returns of unused and gently used items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with a free prepaid returns service via InPost return lockers. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Beauty Pie® offers new members their first five products for free when they join. Members can also receive free shipping through special promotions from time to time. The brand offers a Bestsellers Intro Kit that includes six bestsellers plus a year’s membership.
