Standard delivery costs 6.95 GBP ex VAT on orders up to 49.99 GBP, 9.95 GBP on orders from 50 to 249.99 GBP, 14.95 GBP on orders from 250 to 499.99 GBP and 19.95 GBP on orders from 500 to 999.99 GBP. Including VAT, standard delivery is free from 1200 GBP, and costs 8.34 GBP on orders up to 59.99 GBP, 11.94 GBP from 60 to 299.99 GBP, 17.94 GBP from 300 to 599.99 GBP and 23.94 GBP from 600 to 1,199.99 GBP. Standard delivery to mainland GB takes 2 to 3 working days for in-stock items, and Bigdug works with a range of couriers delivering Monday to Friday. Next day delivery is available for UK mainland orders placed before 3 pm, at 16.95 GBP ex VAT on orders up to 49.99 GBP and 10 GBP ex VAT on orders over 1000 GBP. A specified delivery date can be chosen at checkout for an additional charge of 10 GBP ex VAT, or 12 GBP including VAT. Non-mainland UK delivery, covering the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight, costs 36 GBP ex VAT on orders up to 99 GBP and 10% of the order value on orders over 1000 GBP.

Bigdug returns

Bigdug accepts returns for a refund when it is notified within 30 days of receiving the goods, and refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition. Bigdug arranges collection with its couriers and applies a combined restocking and collection fee of 20% of the value of the goods. Made-to-Order and personalised products cannot be returned. As a consumer, you have 14 days after receiving your order in full to notify Bigdug in writing that you wish to send goods back for a full refund, and goods can be returned for a credit note or an exchange after the 14 day period, up to 30 days. Consumers can return goods themselves at their own expense, or Bigdug can arrange collection for 9.99 GBP ex VAT on orders below 100 GBP ex VAT or 10% of the order value on orders of 100 GBP ex VAT and above. Delivery charges paid on the original order are only refunded if the consumer returns the goods themselves, and Bigdug meets the costs of return where goods are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.

It also supplies Bulk Buy Pallet Deals for larger quantities, which it describes as perfect for businesses.
