Biocare shipping

Biocare offers free delivery for orders over £40. Orders placed with UK standard delivery are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, and where Royal Mail is experiencing issues with Tracked 24 the order may be sent via the Tracked 48 service instead. The site states that there are currently a few countries it is not shipping to as a result of embargos, and that it is currently unable to ship any orders into the EU due to new limitations imposed by its existing shipping partner. Last orders for same-day dispatch is 3.30pm, stated as 3.30pm today instead of 5pm. The site also notes that Royal Mail industrial action in November and December was anticipated to cause delays to Royal Mail deliveries, while its DPD service remained unaffected.

Biocare returns

The page does confirm that orders are dispatched with care and as quickly as possible, and that the Customer Service team can be reached on Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a call back form available when lines are busy or closed.

Discounts and offers at Biocare

Biocare offers free delivery for orders over £40. Its Subscribe & Save scheme gives a 10% discount on subscriptions, and the site states that any new Subscribe & Save 10% subscriptions or renewals that take place on or after 1st February 2025 will have the 10% discount applied onto the new prices, following an average price increase of 2% across all products from that date. The site also states that Practitioner Referral Codes are currently experiencing difficulty being applied to transactions on the website, and that customers with a Practitioner Referral Code can contact the Customer Service team to place their order. Stripe and PayPal were temporarily disabled due to a technical issue with payment gateway partners.
