UK orders below that threshold can use Royal Mail Tracked at £3.99 to £4.95, or Premium Courier DHL at £5.95 for guaranteed next day delivery when ordered before 4pm. Same day delivery within London costs £15.00 or £25.00 depending on postcode, with orders placed before 1pm. Biscuiteers delivers 7 days a week across the UK and internationally; European delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days, and premium international delivery takes 2 to 3 working days with duties and taxes pre-paid. Products containing alcohol, chocolates, macarons, mixed hampers, cakes and the Say Cheese! tin cannot be shipped internationally.

Biscuiteers returns

Biscuiteers accepts returns only for goods that arrived damaged or were sent in error. If an order arrives damaged or the wrong product is received, the brand asks to be contacted immediately and will offer to re-send the items or exchange them, depending on the condition. Because its biscuits, cakes and chocolates are perishable goods, it does not offer refunds in any other circumstances.
