A Bose QuietComfort Headphones (2nd Gen) is listed at $479.00, a Bose Ultra Open Earbuds (2nd Gen) at $379.00, a Bose Sport Open Earbuds at $289.00 and a Bose Lifestyle Ultra Soundbar at $1,449.00. Bose also lists refurbished versions of its products at lower prices, including a Bose QuietComfort Headphones – Refurbished at $219.00 and a Bose TV Speaker – Refurbished at $199.00. A Bose Gift Box can be added to some products for $10.95.

Bose shipping

Bose states that it will cover return shipping on a return made within its 30-day return policy, so a return shipped back to Bose on an eligible order carries no charge to the buyer.

Bose returns

Bose gives buyers 30 days to return a product purchased on Bose.ca. The return request must be received by Bose within 30 days of receipt, and the product must be in its original, undamaged condition with all accessories included. Bose covers return shipping and sends a prepaid shipping label by email once the return is processed. The package must be shipped to Bose within 30 days of initiating the return. Refunds typically process within 3 to 5 business days for credit cards and PayPal. Items that cannot be returned include Trade-In program purchases, personalized items, final-sale products, gift cards and replacement products provided through warranty, service or exchange.

Discounts and offers at Bose

Bose offers 10% off a first purchase for new My Bose members, and the coupon can be used for a maximum discount of $100.
