After the item is received and inspected, in most cases the refund is processed and a credit is automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after the credit is applied to post to the account. Items returned for a refund to the original form of payment are refunded at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax if any. If a gift card was used, a new gift card is issued for the value of the return refund. If the credit card used is expired or invalid, the refund transfers to a new card if it is with the same bank; otherwise a check is issued to the billing address on the credit card. To exchange an eligible item for the same item in a different size, a customer visits returns.bruntworkwear.com and selects Exchange for new size when prompted. BRUNT ships the new item as soon as the return item is placed in the mail. The brand reserves the right to cancel any return or exchange that is not in line with the stated policy and to block future orders or returns if customers are deemed to be abusing the policy.
