SHAPERLUV ships from Ohio in the United States and uses outside delivery companies including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business days processing time, and orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. The brand ships internationally to most countries, with most in-stock products shipped from its US warehouse and some sent directly from factories in China. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are dispatched the following business day, and the site is unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays.

SHAPERLUV returns

SHAPERLUV offers a 60-day money back guarantee, and customers have 60 days after receiving their item to request a return. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, and the brand reserves the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used. The site does not provide return shipping labels, and the cost of return is approximately 10 USD depending on the country. If a return is accepted, the refund is automatically refunded on the original payment method within 5 business days. For orders shipped into the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling off period. Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned, and items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
