Calzuro offers free shipping on every shoe purchase, so there is no order value a buyer must reach for shipping to be free. All orders ship within 1-5 business days using USPS, FedEx or UPS, and most orders placed by 12pm ET Monday to Friday ship the same day. Expedited and express shipping is not available, and Calzuro does not offer international shipping, accepting orders only with billing and shipping addresses within the United States. Online orders can also be collected with same-day or curbside pickup at the brand’s Plain City, Ohio location, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Calzuro returns

Calzuro accepts returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date, and worn products returned are non-refundable. All return and exchange orders must be shipped within 10 days of the 30-day return period, and returns shipped later are subject to rejection. For a refund, a $6.00 label fee and the original shipping costs are deducted, though a free returns coverage option at checkout includes the return shipping label at no cost. Exchanges for Classic and Light styles are free when the item is of equal or greater value, and instant exchanges ship immediately with a hold on the buyer’s card that is released once the returned pair is scanned by the carrier. Crazy Compression and Pro Compression Socks cannot be returned.

Discounts and offers at Calzuro

Calzuro runs a sitewide promotion of 10% off for Sterile Processing Week, applied with a code shown on the site. The brand offers a 15% discount on orders of 10 pairs or more for group purchases. Its Comfort Club loyalty program gives members special promotions, discounts and free shipping, with loyalty points expiring two years from the date of accrual.
