Cewe sells personalised photo products built around the customer’s own photographs. Its CEWE PHOTOBOOK range covers large, extra large and small photo books, layflat photo books, leather and linen photo books, a photo book with 100% recycled inner paper, and themed albums for travel, weddings, babies and birthdays. It also sells photo wall calendars, desk calendars, monthly planners, personalised organisers and advent calendars, including branded advent calendars with Ferrero and Tony’s Chocolonely. Wall art includes premium posters, canvas prints, acrylic prints, aluminium prints, foam board prints, gallery prints, wooden prints, collage prints, multi-panel wall art and Swarovski crystal wall art. Prints range from photo prints and art prints to retro prints, recycled paper prints, photo stickers and instant prints. Gifts include photo magnets, mugs and bottles, cushions and textiles, phone cases, toys and games, home and lifestyle gifts, school and office gifts, photo gift boxes and CEWE gift vouchers. Greetings cards cover Christmas, thank you, birthday, wedding and baby occasions, as well as single cards, folded cards, stationery cards, photo postcards, place and menu cards and video greetings cards. Cewe also offers a photo digitisation service and film developing by post.

Cewe prices

Cewe photo books start from £8.99 and personalised photo calendars from £10.99. Individual photo book prices listed on the site include a small square photo book at £8.99, a small landscape photo book at £11.99, a square photo book at £11.99, a large portrait photo book at £14.99, a large landscape photo book at £22.99, a kids CEWE photobook at £19.95, an XL square photo book at £44.99, and XXL landscape and XXL portrait photo books at £61.99 each. Single personalised cards sent by direct delivery start from £2.98 for a small postcard and from £3.98 for a panoramic greeting card. Cewe does not charge VAT on its photo books; all other products include VAT within the listed price.

Cewe shipping

Cewe sends all orders via first class Royal Mail or a similar specialist courier once production is complete. The delivery cost varies depending on the type of product ordered, and production times vary by product. Cewe offers a direct delivery service for single personalised cards, where the customer designs the card and enters the recipient’s address and Cewe posts it directly. Cewe products are also available through carefully selected retail partners.

Cewe returns

Cewe covers all of its products, up to a quantity of 5, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a customer is not fully happy with a product for any reason, they can return it within 14 days of receipt for investigation and Cewe will discuss the appropriate course of action. The returns process is free, and customers contact Customer Care to arrange it. Refunds take between 7 and 10 working days to appear on a statement, depending on the customer’s bank or building society.

Cewe runs a CEWE Community where customers can submit their own photo books and calendars to receive a £10 CEWE voucher. The site also highlights Christmas gift ideas and seasonal ranges.
