What Hallmark sells

Hallmark sells greeting cards for occasions including birthday, wedding and engagement, anniversary, new baby, congratulations, graduation and exam, retirement, new home, new job, thank you, sympathy, thinking of you, get well, good luck, blank and just to say, as well as Christmas. The range includes boxed cards, pop-up cards, multipacks and personalised cards with photo upload and create-your-own options. The shop also sells ornaments from collections such as Harry Potter, PEANUTS, Disney, Star Wars, Nightmare Before Christmas, Nintendo, LEGO, DC Comics and Warner Brothers, plus tree toppers and tree accessories. Gifts include soft plush, mugs and coffee cups, throws and blankets, socks and slippers, calendars and countdowns, and gift wrap, bags and wrap-and-bag bundles.

Hallmark prices

Prices in a sample of 100 products on Hallmark’s catalogue run from £2.50 to £35, with a middle price of £4.99. Individual Christmas cards are listed from £4.10, pop-up designs from £5.75, and music and motion 3D pop-up cards at £15. Ornament price filters on the site start at under £5 and run through under £10, under £20, under £30 and £30 and over.

Hallmark shipping

Hallmark ships free on orders over £30. Standard shipping costs £2.99 and takes 2-4 days, Monday to Saturday, while express shipping costs £4.99 and takes 1-2 days. Free delivery applies to single orders over £30 after any discounts or offers are applied, and excludes orders with multiple delivery addresses. Hallmark dispatches Monday to Friday, with a 3pm cut-off for same-day dispatch on non-personalised orders and 4pm for personalised cards. Personalised cards are sent by Royal Mail 1st class and should arrive within 1-2 days. Hallmark currently delivers to locations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Hallmark returns

Hallmark asks customers to contact its team to arrange a refund or replacement. Items in saleable condition, undamaged and in original packaging, can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, with return postage covered by the customer. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what was ordered, customers should send a photograph of the fault within 30 days of receipt. Hallmark cannot accept returns of personalised cards unless they are damaged or faulty on arrival.

Discounts and offers at Hallmark

Hallmark’s own pages list a 30% off promotion across everything, together with a free gift when you spend over £15; the free gift does not apply to personalised cards. Hallmark also offers free delivery when you subscribe to email updates, and a student discount of 25% off when you spend £10 or more. A key worker discount is listed in the site footer.
