Clarks shipping

Clarks offers free standard home delivery on orders over £75, with standard home delivery otherwise costing £4.95 and taking 4-5 days. Next day delivery is available seven days a week through DPD for £9.95 and through Evri for £6.95, both when ordered before 7pm. Local collection points and lockers cost £4.95 for standard delivery and £5.95 for next day delivery, with pickup from over 9,000 Evri collection points or more than 2,500 secure Evri lockers nationwide. Collecting from a Clarks store is free, though it is not available at Outlet or Wholesale stores. Deliveries to Northern Ireland take 5-7 days by standard home delivery, and BFPO addresses are supported.

Clarks returns

Clarks accepts returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt, or within 14 days for items purchased in a sale. Exchanges are free through the Returns Portal, and postal returns cost £2.95, which is deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty. Items can also be returned to any full-price Clarks store for an immediate refund or exchange, though exchanges are not available at Outlet or Factory Stores. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 days of the return being received and checked.
