ColabBoxus Global shipping

ColabBoxus Global offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours, and estimated delivery time is 3-5 days after shipment. The brand ships from its U.S. warehouse in California. Once an order ships, customers receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ColabBoxus Global returns

ColabBoxus Global offers a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with the device, remote control, HDMI cable, power adapter, user guide, and original packaging. For change-of-mind returns within the 30-day window, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable. For defective or warranty items, Colabox may cover return shipping after review. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and customers should allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear. Each device is also protected by a 1-year hardware warranty from the date of delivery.
