Electronic Express states that it strives to offer the lowest price possible and operates a Price Match Guarantee. If within 30 days of purchase a customer finds a lower advertised price for an identical, brand-new, in-stock item at a local brick-and-mortar store within a 25-mile radius of the Electronic Express store or at an authorized online retailer, Electronic Express will refund 100% of the difference. The brand also matches its own online prices for in-store purchases. The guarantee does not apply to clearance, open-box, discontinued or special-order items, pricing errors, unauthorized sellers or bundled offers.

Electronic Express delivers nationwide, with shipping and delivery options based on the product and the customer’s location. Local delivery is available to residents within 25 miles of any Electronic Express location and covers more than 400 ZIP codes throughout Tennessee, Northern Alabama and parts of neighboring states. Within the local delivery area, most major appliance deliveries are scheduled within 2–5 days. Next Day Delivery is available to Tennessee and Alabama residents on all in-stock TVs and major appliances, subject to product and crew availability. For televisions, standard shipping rates apply and include basic drop-off and delivery only. Home theater furniture, all major appliances, mattresses, upholstered beds and headboards, furniture and barbeque grills carry a $75 flat rate that includes basic drop-off and delivery. Installation and set-up are available with an extra $50 service fee, and haul-away is $25 per appliance being hauled away on a one-for-one basis.

Electronic Express returns

Electronic Express accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase on unopened televisions, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS/navigation units, computers, car stereos, cell phones and major appliances. An original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and price matches. New or like-new televisions may be returned within 30 days for a refund, with the customer paying return shipping. Computers, laptops and tablets that did not start on arrival, arrived damaged or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Opened appliances, opened computers, opened bedding, clearance merchandise, gift cards, gaming systems and special-order items are non-returnable. For cash purchases over $100 and all check purchases, refunds are issued by check mailed from the corporate office within 14 business days.
