Cult Furniture shipping

Cult Furniture offers competitive or subsidised shipping rates within the UK, with delivery charges calculated as items are added to the basket. It offers a 24 hour dispatch service on a number of its products, applying to most in-stock products and not to pre-orders, on orders placed before 1pm GMT from Monday to Friday; orders placed after 1pm on Fridays through to Sundays are dispatched the following Monday. Once dispatched, most orders are received within 24 hours, though this is not guaranteed. Oversized parcels, including sofas, are dispatched on a 3-5 day courier service, and large orders may be sent by pallet. Couriers can carry items up to two flights of stairs to a room of choice, with no delivery above the second floor unless a suitable lift is available. For larger trade orders of 20 items or more, delivery can take up to 10 days. If a sofa cannot be successfully delivered, a £75 charge applies, and a re-delivery fee of £75 applies where delivery cannot be completed due to access issues.

Cult Furniture returns

Cult Furniture offers refunds and exchanges within 14 days of receiving an order. To start a return, customers submit a ticket with their order number and email address, and the item must be in a resellable condition, not used or assembled, and packaged in the original boxes. The brand arranges a collection with a partnered courier, and refunds or exchanges are processed within 14 working days to the original payment type. For unwanted items, the original delivery cost is refunded but a collection fee applies: £14.95 per box for small items such as dining chairs, office chairs, stools, lighting and accessories; £39.95 for large items including accent chairs and armchairs, large mirrors, tables, storage furniture and beds; and £75 for all sofa sizes. Items returned in an unsellable condition are charged 20% of the item’s price. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos, and a full refund including delivery and collection fees is offered, or a replacement or exchange.
