Mattressman returns

Mattressman gives a 14-day right to change your mind on most products bought online or by telephone, with the item returned within 14 days of notifying cancellation. The right does not apply to products sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed, including pillows, duvets, mattress protectors and toppers, or to made to measure products once work has started. For mattresses delivered in protective covering, the right ends once the covering is unsealed. Mattressman runs a separate 60-day sleep trial with its own terms. Returns can be made in person or by collection; the customer pays return or collection costs unless the product is faulty, misdescribed or the contract ends because of an error by Mattressman. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
