Decantx prices

Decantx prices its decants by the margin it was able to buy at, so prices do not increase when the market does. In a catalogue sample of 100 products read from the store’s public product list, prices run from $6.79 to $75.59, with a middle price of $25.59. Individual featured products are priced from $8.29 for Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Le Parfum Eau de Parfum for Men up to $17.79 for Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540 Eau de Parfum Unisex.

Decantx shipping

Decantx ships free throughout the US with no minimum order value. International shipping charges apply and vary depending on the destination country and location. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, and are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays. Regular shipping within the US typically takes 2-3 business days, while expedited shipping within the US should take 1-2 days. International shipping times vary and may take longer. Every order is packed and sent from the company’s own facility in Florida with tracking included.

Decantx returns

Decantx does not accept returns of items purchased and received, as the company cannot guarantee the product once it has been received by the customer. If an order has not shipped, it can be cancelled. If an order has already shipped but a cancellation was requested before the shipping date and time, the unopened original package can be refused and returned to sender, with the return shipping cost being the customer’s responsibility. For damaged or incorrect items, customers must email within 3 days of receiving the shipment with details and a photo, and a replacement will be issued. All shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.

Good to know about Decantx

Decantx has been serving customers since 2016 and is based in the USA, with every order filled and shipped from its own facility in Florida. Every batch of fragrance is authenticated in the company’s own lab before it reaches the customer, and the decanting process takes place in a sterilized-aseptic lab using sterile syringes to transfer liquid from the original retail bottle into the new atomizer. Sample sizes range from 2ml (approximately 30 sprays) to 32ml (approximately 480 sprays), with premium lipstick atomizers also available in 5ml and 10ml sizes. All decanted samples come with a spray top and are individually labeled with the fragrance name and brand name. The company accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club and Bitcoin.
