Discounts and offers at Direct Stoves

Direct Stoves runs a sale section covering wood burning stoves, multi fuel stoves, outdoor products, gas stoves, electric stoves, and fireplaces and surrounds. The brand also lists an outdoor clearance section. Some items are excluded from discount codes, and the brand notes that certain delivery chargeable products fall into this excluded category.

Good to know about Direct Stoves

Direct Stoves explains the difference between DEFRA approved and non-DEFRA approved stoves on its blog. DEFRA approved stoves can legally be used in smoke control areas to burn wood, and DEFRA approved stoves accounted for 36% of all wood burning stoves sold in 2013/2014, up from 21% the previous year. Using unauthorised fuels in a smoke control area can incur penalties and fines of £1000. The brand recommends contacting a HETAS or Gas Safe engineer before ordering to confirm the correct product and installation system. Direct Stoves also offers a trade account and a newsletter sign-up on its site.
