Dosaze shipping

Dosaze ships all orders for free from its warehouse within 1-2 business days after they are placed. The warehouse is based in San Bernardino, California, and shipping is primarily done through UPS or USPS depending on location, with express shipping available through USPS. The brand’s FAQ states that it offers free shipping for all products in the United States. For mattresses, Dosaze ships for free to the continental US, with some fees for Hawaii and Alaska; mattresses are made to order and usually take 3-7 business days to produce and ship, and once they ship they usually arrive in 1-5 days. Domestic orders generally ship within 24 business hours of placement and typically arrive within 3-5 days of shipment. Dosaze is able to ship internationally, but shipping fees and duties may apply. For Canada orders, the brand directs customers to its Canada store at ca.dosaze.com.

Dosaze returns

Dosaze accepts returns of pillows and accessories within 60 days from the date of delivery, and bed sheets and mattress toppers within 60 days from the date of delivery. Mattresses can be returned within 365 days from the date of delivery. All orders can be returned or exchanged within the return window for free, with no charge for return shipping or restocking. The brand offers a minimum 60-night sleep trial on its products, so a product can be returned even after it has been used. For mattresses, the trial begins the day the mattress arrives, and customers are asked to sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before making a decision; to qualify for a full refund, the return must be initiated after the 30-night break-in period but before the 365-night trial expires. Returns are initiated by email. If the brand arranges the mattress pick-up through a third-party logistics partner, a 99 USD flat fee is deducted from the refund. Free mattress returns are limited to one return per household per year.
