Most orders leave the warehouse within one working day of payment, with dispatch and driver routes running Monday to Saturday. Larger furniture such as beds, sofas, wardrobes and dining tables travels on the store’s own vans, with the charge based on distance from the warehouse and calculated at checkout by postcode. Van delivery is free in East England, Greater London, the Midlands, South England and much of North England, while charges of £15 to £25 apply in areas such as the South West, Wales and parts of Scotland. Buyers can pick a delivery date at checkout, and orders placed before 9:00 am can qualify for next-working-day delivery. Northern Ireland delivery costs £50.00 and international delivery £120.00, both on limited products.

Dream Home Store returns

Dream Home Store offers a 30-day return policy, giving buyers 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once a return is accepted, the store sends a return shipping label with instructions. Damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours, with a description and photos, and the store will assess the issue and arrange spare parts or replacement units. Gift cards cannot be returned. For orders shipped into the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling-off period allowing cancellation or return for any reason.
