Furniturebox offers free next day delivery on orders placed by 8PM. All items, unless highlighted otherwise, are dispatched with a 24 hour delivery service and are usually delivered next day. Sofa and bed orders will usually be delivered up to 21 days from placing an order. Couriers operate an all day delivery service between 8AM and 6PM, and a valid mobile number provided with the order will receive text alerts and tracking updates. A nominated delivery day can be selected at checkout using the delivery calendar. Couriers deliver to the front of a property only and not to a specific floor or flat.

Furniturebox returns

Furniturebox allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. A free courier collection can be arranged, though for indoor sofas, sofa beds and armchairs a return charge applies if the buyer has changed their mind: 24.99 GBP for an armchair, 39.99 GBP for a 2 seater sofa or sofa bed, 49.99 GBP for a 3 seater sofa or sofa bed, and 59.99 GBP for multiple items. Refunds are processed by the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days to appear on a statement. Returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging.
