UK Royal Mail Saver Delivery takes 2-3 working days and costs £4.99; Next Day Delivery for weekdays costs £5.99 and is ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday via DPD, DHL or Royal Mail; FedEx Next Day by 10am costs £18.99 and FedEx Next Day by 12 noon costs £11.99, both ordered before 11am Monday to Thursday; Saturday Delivery costs £8.99 when ordered before 2pm Friday. Some postcodes (BT, PA, PH, AB, IM, IV, KW, HS) are excluded from DPD Next Day/Saturday delivery and are sent on a Royal Mail next day service instead. International shipping is offered through FedEx, DPD, DHL and Royal Mail with a variety of service options.

Dressmezee returns

Dressmezee offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags, hygiene stickers and security ribbons intact, and sets must be returned together. Customers can choose a refund to the original payment method, store credit with an extra 10% bonus added to the credit amount, or an exchange (UK customers only, subject to stock). Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Earrings and pierced jewellery, beauty products such as lashes and face masks, and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Returns are processed within up to 14 days of receipt.
