Falke ships free on orders over £49 in the United Kingdom. Standard shipping costs £5.90. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days. Personalised items require an additional approximately 2-3 business days. There is no minimum order value.

Falke returns

Falke accepts returns of unworn items free of charge within 14 days of receiving the order. The buyer registers the return online with the order number and email address, and Falke sends a return label by email. The item is then dropped off at a parcel locker, parcel box, authorised drop-off point or carrier. The refund is issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. Personalised items and items that have been worn cannot be returned. Exchanges for another size, colour or variant are not offered; the buyer returns the item and reorders.

Discounts and offers at Falke

Falke offers 10% off the next order for signing up to the newsletter. The code is valid for four weeks from receipt, can be used once on the entire range, and is valid only for first-time subscribers. Sale items, personalisation and subscriptions are excluded, and it cannot be combined with other promotions.
