Robert Graham accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise with tags and an original sales receipt within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the original form of payment. Online returns shipped back to the warehouse carry a flat 7 USD return shipping fee deducted from the refund or store credit, and international customers pay for the return label. Online purchases can also be returned free of charge at any Robert Graham Full Price Store within the return window. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 30 business days once the package is received. Final-sale and Pop-Up merchandise, swimwear, intimates, fragrance, gift cards, merchandise with tags removed, and items bought through the Pre-Loved Marketplace cannot be returned or exchanged.
