You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted items, and a tracked service with proof of postage is recommended. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-7 working days to show the refund. Emirates Oud does not currently offer direct exchanges; you return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. If an initial order qualified for free delivery and returning items reduces the order value below the free-delivery threshold, a postage charge of £3.99 may be deducted from the refund.
