A DPD Local Pickup option costs £4.50, with orders held at the pickup point for 7 days. Escentual returns

Escentual gives all its products a 60-day money-back guarantee. Items must be in the exact condition they were received in, and unwanted items cannot be replaced or refunded if they have been opened or any seals broken. The refund does not include the cost of delivery or return postage. Escentual accepts returns of faulty makeup and skincare products within 30 days of purchase, and products that develop a mechanical fault during normal use within 6 months of purchase. Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
