ETOILE shipping

ETOILE ships free on orders over $200 in Australia. Domestic shipping within Australia costs a flat rate of $15 for all orders excluding vanity mirrors, tables and certain larger products, with an accurate estimate available through the shipping calculator on the cart page. Delivery within VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and ACT takes 1–5 business days, while TAS, NT and WA take 5–7 business days. International shipping is calculated at checkout and is weight dependent, with Standard and Express courier services offered, and parcels dispatched the next business day. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. ETOILE does not offer local pickup or click and collect.

ETOILE returns

ETOILE offers a 30-day exchange or refund policy. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags and the dust bag; used items, or items missing tags or the dust bag, are not eligible. Monogrammed orders, mirrors and furniture are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. ETOILE does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect, and returns sent by untracked post that go missing are not its responsibility. Once a return is received, inspection and processing take 5–7 business days.

ETOILE states that new customers save $15 when they sign up in the footer. Its Build Your Set option lets customers save up to 15% when they build their routine, alongside curated sets grouped as products that go together.
