Good to know about Fabula Coffee

Fabula Coffee’s beans are grown in the shade at high elevations by organic farmers, which the brand says makes the coffee low acidity and easier on the digestive system. The coffee is roasted and bagged right before shipping, and the brand roasts and ships three times a week. The coffee is certified USDA Organic and Non-GMO, and is tested for more than 550 chemical compounds, with laboratory reports available on request. Fabula Coffee sources from small organic farms in small batches and describes the coffee as free from pesticides, mold and mycotoxins.
