Fashion Eyewear gives buyers 30 days from receiving an order to return an item. Returns must be in excellent condition, unworn, cleaned and in their original packaging including all accessories, using the box provided by Fashion Eyewear. A Royal Mail subsidised return option is available for £4.00, deducted when the return is received. Frames purchased without prescription lenses qualify for a full refund. For eyewear with bespoke prescription lenses, purchases including Platinum and Gold Label package lenses are eligible for one free exchange, excluding varifocal lenses and lenses from Ray-Ban, Bolle, Serengeti, Oakley and Maui Jim; after an exchange, only the frame price is refunded. Orders of three or more frames are classed as bulk orders and carry a £10 restocking fee per frame. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the return being received and logged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
