Monos shipping

Monos ships free on orders over $100 to the contiguous United States and Canada. Standard ground shipping on those orders takes 4-6 business days, expedited shipping takes 3 business days and express shipping takes 1-2 business days, with orders taking a few days to process before they ship. Monos ships anywhere in the world; outside North America, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and international orders may incur additional duties and taxes at the customer’s expense. Orders to the United States and Canada are not charged import duties. Monos does not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses.

Monos returns

Monos offers a 100-day trial on luggage, so a suitcase can be returned within 100 days of receiving it, provided it has not been used in transit and is in saleable condition. For bags, apparel and accessories, Monos allows returns within 30 days of delivery, with items in brand new, unused condition and all original packaging intact. The shipping cost of a return is deducted from the refund. Exchanges are handled by initiating a return for the original purchase and making a separate purchase for the replacement item.
