Missoma sells bracelets, earrings, necklaces, necklace sets, rings, ring sets and earring sets, plus an advent calendar. Examples from its product list include the Tennis Everyday Bracelet, the Lucy Williams Entwine Small Hoop Earrings, the Molten Heart Charm Hoop Earrings, the Mini Paperclip Chain Necklace, the Molten Teardrop Pavé Statement Stud Earrings and The Ultimate Triple Ring Set. It also sells a Jewellery Care Kit, an Adjustable Chain Necklace Extender and a Gold Earrings Jewellery Bauble, and offers e-gift cards.

Missoma prices

Missoma prices in a sample of 100 products run from £49 to £1295, with a middle price of £105. Individual pieces on the site include the Adjustable Chain Necklace Extender at £19, the Mini Paperclip Chain Necklace at £85, the Molten Heart Charm Hoop Earrings at £95 and the Lucy Williams Entwine Small Hoop Earrings at £98. Gift wrapping is available for £5 per order.

Missoma shipping

Missoma ships free on UK orders over £100. UK Standard Delivery by Royal Mail is free on all orders over £100 and £3.95 on orders below, arriving in 2-3 working days; UK Next Day Delivery costs £5.95 for orders under £1000 and £5.95 for orders over £1000, ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday. In the United States, standard shipping is free on orders over $150 and $7.95 on orders below, taking 3-6 business days, with express shipping at $15 for 1-2 business days. In Canada, standard shipping is free on orders over $250 CAD and $10 CAD on orders below, taking 8-12 working days. In Australia, standard shipping is free on orders over 280 AUD and 22 AUD on orders below. Other international standard shipping is free on orders over 180 GBP and 18 GBP on orders below. VAT at 20% is included in product prices on the UK site for orders shipped in the UK.

Missoma returns

Missoma offers a 60-day returns period starting from the date you receive your order, with free UK returns. Returns are made through the Missoma returns portal, and items bought online cannot be returned in-store. Refunds are processed no later than 14 days after the order is received back or evidence of return is received, and shipping costs are not refundable. UK customers can exchange items through the SWAP service for the same item in a different size or put the value towards a new item on site. Missoma offers a two-year warranty on all its jewellery, covering manufacturing defects such as breakage or tarnishing. Engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

Discounts and offers at Missoma

Missoma offers 10% off a first order. Free UK delivery applies to all orders over £100, and free standard delivery applies in the United States on orders over $150, in Canada on orders over $250 CAD and in Australia on orders over 280 AUD.

Missoma accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna and AliPay. Klarna offers Pay Later in 30 Days and Pay Later in 3 Instalments for UK residents aged 18 and over. Every Missoma piece is made by hand from 100% certified recycled 18ct gold vermeil on silver, 18ct gold plating on brass, sterling silver or 14ct solid gold, and each piece takes an entire year from design to development to delivery. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed, and there is no click and collect service.
