FNTCASE returns

FNTCASE accepts returns of most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging; the buyer pays the round-trip shipping fee. Items that cannot be returned include customs clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, bundled items sold at a discounted price unless the entire package is returned, items already assembled, items marked non-returnable on the sales page and unboxing items. These exceptions do not apply if the item is damaged or defective, in which case FNTCASE covers the shipping cost. The FAQ page states that returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase or 30 days from date of delivery, whichever comes later, and refunds are processed within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the returned item. Order cancellations are accepted before the product is shipped, with a full refund. For an exchange, the buyer returns the item and repurchases.
