Forward Notion shipping

Forward Notion processes all orders within 48 hours, two business days, of receipt, though this may vary when order volume is high. Shipments are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, and not on weekends or U.S. holidays. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided during the checkout process. Customers receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after their order has shipped. Forward Notion ships to a long list of countries, with the site offering country and currency selectors for regions including South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. International delivery times may vary depending on how fast items clear customs, and Forward Notion is not responsible for delays caused by customs passage or importing of goods. Forward Notion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to an order, and all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is accepted.

Forward Notion returns

Forward Notion has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Returns are accepted for 30 days starting when the package was delivered according to the delivery date provided by the carrier. For a refund, the customer provides return shipping and is responsible for all return shipping costs; once the item is received and inspected, the refund covers the cost of the product only, not the original shipping cost. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges are free: Forward Notion pays the shipping and provides the label on domestic orders only. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards.
