Z Grills shipping

Z Grills ships only to the 48 continental United States, and does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military addresses or P.O. Boxes. International shipping is not available. Standard delivery typically takes 3-8 business days depending on location, and orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available for small parts only, for an additional fee calculated at checkout. Promotional free shipping offers apply only to eligible orders within the continental United States.

Z Grills returns

Z Grills accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date on items bought on ZGrills.com, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and parts. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply. A pre-paid return label is sent by email for drop-off at a FedEx office, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being received and inspected. Returns are not accepted on pellets, Blind Box purchases, clearance or final sale items.

Discounts and offers at Z Grills

Z Grills offers $10 off a first purchase when a customer signs up on the site. The home page runs a Buy 1 Get 3 promotion, where buying one pellet grill includes three more free, with bundles starting at $777. A Halloween Early Bird Sale on the same terms runs until October 15.
