GO Outdoors offers free UK delivery on orders over £80. It also offers Next Day Delivery to get items tomorrow, and for orders placed on or after 20th January returns can be arranged through its portal using Evri or Royal Mail from just £2, payable by Visa or Mastercard. Delivery charges are refunded where goods are faulty, and the standard delivery charge is refunded if an entire order is cancelled within the 14 day cancellation period.

GO Outdoors returns

GO Outdoors offers a refund within 28 days of delivery or collection, whatever the reason. All items can be returned to any GO Outdoors store for free, though returns cannot be accepted at its Hathersage store, and items bought in store can only be returned to a store. By post, buyers can use any postal carrier, with proof of postage recommended. Refurbished products are different: buyers have 14 days from delivery to return a refurbished item rather than 28, and beyond that only faulty goods are accepted. Large tents, bikes, gas and knives or bladed items can only be returned to a store, and products delivered by a Brand Partner go back to that partner’s warehouse.

GO Outdoors currently runs an offer of an extra 20% off selected clothing and footwear, applied with a code whose terms are shown on the site. Its Members’ Card costs £5 per year and unlocks exclusive prices across all departments, with over 6 million members. Free UK delivery applies to orders over £80.
