What Millets sells

Millets sells outdoor clothing and equipment for men, women and kids. The range includes waterproof jackets, insulated and down jackets, 3 in 1 jackets, softshell jackets, parkas, gilets and vests, as well as walking trousers, zip-off trousers, shorts, hoodies, sweatshirts, fleece and midlayers, baselayers, swimwear, t-shirts and shirts. Footwear covers walking boots, walking shoes, trail running shoes, sandals, wellies, work boots, mountaineering boots and climbing shoes. Accessories include hats, gloves, scarves, socks, belts, sunglasses, goggles, watches and backpacks. The tents and camping section lists tents from 1 person up to 6+ person sizes, family tents, inflatable tents, festival and pop-up tents, mountain tents, blackout tents, wild camping tents, tipi tents, backpack tents and roof tents, plus refurbished tents. Camping furniture includes camp beds, camping chairs, camping cupboards and storage and camping tables, while camping sleeping covers sleeping bags, sleeping mats and air beds. There are also cooking and eating items such as camping stoves, plus ranges for dogs including harnesses and care products, bike accessories, helmets and gadgets.

Millets shipping

Millets offers standard UK delivery at £3.99, or free when you spend over £70. Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 days and is delivered between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays, with a tracking link provided once the order is despatched. Next Day Delivery costs £5.99 when you order by 5pm, delivered by Evri or DHL between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays, and cannot be offered in the following areas, where it will be attempted within 48 hours: BT (all Northern Ireland), GY, IM, JE, KW11-17, HS, PH32-35, ZE. Click & Collect is free; if items are already available in-store you can pay now and often collect the same day or the following day, and if the item is not available in-store it will be delivered to the store from the warehouse in 3-5 days. Large Item Delivery (3-7 days) costs £9.99 for bikes and other large items requiring specialist delivery, and Very Heavy Item Delivery (3-7 days) costs £19.99 for large tents and very heavy items. Millets is not able to deliver to locations outside of the UK, but it does deliver to BFPO destinations.

Millets returns

Millets offers a refund within 28 days of delivery or collection, whatever your reason. The easiest way to make a return is using the Returns Portal, where you can arrange for your order to be sent back using Evri or Royal Mail from just £2, payable by Visa or Mastercard. Purchases made in store or online can be returned at any of the stores within 28 days, and exchanges must be done in store. Unless faulty, items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, and you remain responsible for the items until they reach Millets. For refurbished products, the normal returns policy does not apply: you have 14 days from delivery rather than the normal 28 to return any refurbished item purchased online, and beyond 14 days only faulty goods are accepted. Some items cannot be returned through the returns portal: large tents are best returned to any Millets, Blacks or GO Outdoors store, bikes can be returned at any GO Outdoors store with a bike servicing department, and orders containing gas or knives and bladed items can only be returned to a Millets, Blacks or GO Outdoors store.
