Dryrobe® shipping

Dryrobe® ships free standard UK delivery on orders over £50, and standard delivery under £50 costs £4.95. Express UK delivery is free on orders over £150, or £8.95 under £150, with a next working day estimate and a 2pm cut-off. Shipping to European Union countries is no longer fulfilled from dryrobe.com; EU orders are fulfilled from a Netherlands warehouse via eu.dryrobe.com. The site also lists delivery costs and estimates for the United States, Australia, Canada, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and the rest of the world.

Dryrobe® returns

Dryrobe® offers a refund on items returned unworn with tags intact within 60 days of delivery, excluding made-to-order products, and free 60-day trackable returns on all UK orders. Size exchanges for the same colour are available to UK and Isle of Man customers, subject to availability, and international customers can choose a refund or a gift card instead of a direct exchange.

It also offers bulk discounts when purchasing five or more Dryrobe® changing robes, a Last Chance collection with 20% off, a Resale section with 40% off products in new or near-new condition, and bundles that pair essential gear at a saving. Good to know about Dryrobe®

Dryrobe® backs its products with a Performance Guarantee, replacing items free of charge due to defects in workmanship or materials: three years for the Advance and Tech-Lite changing robes and one year for all other apparel and accessories, for purchases from dryrobe.com made after 1 January 2024. The Advance is 100% waterproof and 100% windproof, and an independent study by Manchester Metropolitan University Institute of Sport found that wearing a Dryrobe® Advance after cold water immersion helped lower heart rate and increase skin temperature. The brand supports charities through its Warmth Project, and £1 from every Dryrobe® Advance and Towel Dryrobe® online sale is paid to the RNLI.
