Blacks ships free on orders over £95 within the UK, where standard delivery costs £4.99 otherwise. Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 days, is delivered between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays, and a tracking link is provided once the order is despatched. Next day delivery costs £5.99 when ordered by 5pm and is delivered by Evri or DHL between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays; it cannot be offered in BT (all Northern Ireland), GY, IM, JE, KW11-17, HS, PH32-35 and ZE, where delivery is attempted within 48 hours. Click & Collect is free: if items are already available in-store you can pay now and often collect the same day or the following day, and if they are not in stock the warehouse delivers them to the store in 3-5 days. All orders over £150 are sent using a DPD PIN delivery service, in which DPD sends a PIN number before the delivery date that must be given to the driver, and such parcels cannot be left in a safe place. Large item delivery for bikes and other large items costs £9.99 over 3 to 7 days, and very heavy item delivery for large tents and very heavy items costs £19.99 over 3 to 7 days. Blacks does not ship outside the UK, but it does deliver to BFPO destinations.

Blacks returns

Blacks gives you 28 days to return your order, from the date you receive it. Blacks does not offer exchanges; if you need to return an item, you use the returns page. Refunds are processed to your original payment method: once the parcel has arrived with the returns team, Blacks aims to process it within 14 days, which triggers the refund, and the refund is then expected back with you within 5 working days, a timeframe that can vary by payment provider. Your delivery charge is non-refundable except where goods are faulty, the wrong item was sent, or the order was cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations. If an original purchase was part of a multibuy promotion and you return one item, you are charged full price for the remaining items, which is reflected in the refund amount. If you ordered through an in-store kiosk, you must return or exchange the item in store.
