GS Equestrian ships free on orders over £75 in the UK, and every order is tracked. Orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, leave the same day when items are in stock. Standard delivery with Royal Mail, Evri or InPost to the door costs £3.99 and is free over £75, arriving in 2–3 working days once it leaves the shop. Express delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri Express costs £5.99 and takes 1–2 working days. Delivery to an InPost locker or shop costs £3.99, takes 2–3 working days, and gives 3 days to collect once it arrives. Click and Collect from the shop in Paignton is free and ready to collect when the customer is emailed. GS Members pay £30 for delivery.

GS Equestrian returns

GS Equestrian offers easy UK returns and exchanges, and items bought between 1st October and 11th December 2026 can be returned up to 15th January 2027 under its extended returns policy. The standard returns conditions still apply: items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. Non-refundable items, including personalised goods and underwear, are excluded. Returns are handled through the brand’s returns portal.

GS Equestrian offers free UK delivery on orders over £75, and GS Members pay £30 for delivery instead. The shop runs a Sale section covering women, men, children, horse and dog products, and its home page promotes Christmas shopping with extended returns until 15th January.
