Hiboy sells electric scooters and electric bikes for adults and children. Its scooter range covers daily commute, lightweight and portable, performance and comfort-with-seat models, including the S2 SE, S2 Nova, S3, S2 Pro, MAX Pro and TITAN PRO. Its e-bikes include fat tire, commuter and folding models such as the EX6, P6, EX6F, C1, EX11 and EX9. Kids’ e-rides include the S2 Lite scooter, the BK1 balance e-bike for ages 2-5, the DK1 and DK2 dirt e-bikes and the Q2 Lite scooter toy for ages 5-8. Hiboy shipping

Hiboy states free shipping and delivery in 2-6 business days on its site. Its shipping policy says orders are processed within 0-2 working days and the shipping time is 2-5 working days, delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL. Deliveries are typically made between 8 AM and 8 PM. Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military districts, the Virgin Islands, Guam or addresses outside the continental U.S. During November and December, extra business days may be needed for processing and delivery.

Hiboy returns

Hiboy offers a 30-day return period for new, undamaged and unused electric scooters and electric bikes, counted from the original delivery date. Returns must include all accessories and the original packaging, and customers contact Hiboy for a return address or label and cover the return shipping cost of self-returned packages. Once the returned item arrives at Hiboy’s warehouse for inspection, the refund or exchange process begins. Accessories and spare scooter parts, including seats, cannot be returned. A refund for a non-defective product has the shipping fee of 50-200 USD per piece deducted; for defective products Hiboy covers return shipping. Processing a return or exchange takes 3-6 business days after receipt, with PayPal refunds up to 48 hours and credit card refunds 7-14 business days.

Discounts and offers at Hiboy

Hiboy’s site advertises a Fall Ride Event with limited-time savings through Oct. 12, and its navigation includes a Sale section. Its footer lists Referrals & Membership, Exclusive Discounts, a Hiboy Affiliate programme and a B2B Portal. Coupons received on the official website can only be used for orders on the official website and not on other platforms. Hiboy states that all discounts and promotions are available during promotional periods only and that it may not refund a price difference caused by a promotion.
