Run4It shipping

Run4It delivers all over the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, charging the same rates for all UK postcodes. Standard delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.00 and is a 2-4 day service. Express delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £5.99 and delivers in 1-3 days. A Local Pick-Up (Click & Collect) service is free, letting customers order online and collect from their local Run4It shop where stock is available. Gift cards purchased online are received digitally and delivery is free. Orders are processed for despatch within 2-3 working days, and Royal Mail delivers to PO box addresses within the UK.

Run4It returns

Run4It accepts returns up to 30 days from the date the order was received, provided items are in re-sellable, new condition with original tags, and shoes have not been worn outside and are returned in their original box. Returns are free: customers create a free returns label, Royal Mail emails it, and it can be printed at home, shown at a Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or collected from home free of charge. Items can be returned by post or to any Run4It shop, with refunds made to the original payment card or gift card. Exchanges are available in any Run4It shop, or online through a refund followed by a checkout link for the new product. Items purchased between 1 November and 24 December 2026 can be returned or exchanged up to 31 January 2027. Underwear (except sports bras) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
