Tweeks Cycles accepts all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and finance packages online, plus cash and gift vouchers in store, though gift vouchers cannot be used online. Bikes are checked and set up during a Pre Delivery Inspection before despatch, and express delivery is not available for bikes. The site offers a Cycle 2 Work scheme, a Trail Guide and Pre-Build Bike Information, and it publishes guidance on building a bike, including fitting pedals with left-hand and right-hand threads. Cancelled orders see the pending payment reversed within 2-5 working days depending on the card issuer.
