Pro Standard returns

Pro Standard’s returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging. Once a return is received and inspected, the buyer is notified by email of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Sale items cannot be refunded; only regular priced items qualify. Exchanges are only made for defective or damaged items. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pro Standard was founded in 2012 by Ken Achenbach to bring his DIY GoPro mounts and accessories to the world. Achenbach was a pro snowboarder from 1983 to 1990, co-invented the Twintip snowboard in 1986 and invented the baseless binding in 1992, which Burton evolved into the EST system. The Grill Mount mouthpiece was developed using 3D software and 3D printing technology and was tested over almost a year across Hawaii, Canada, Tahiti, the USA and Bali. The brand offers a Lifetime Warranty on its products.
